The M/I Promotions’ E-marketing process is simple.

1) Email us the information you want blasted to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  (If you already have a design or the html script for the design, it could make the process go a lot faster.)

2) Our talented design team will put together a draft of your promotion. (Design can take up to three (3) to five (5) business days, excluding holidays.  It is best to submit design work at least one week in advance before expecting a first draft.  If a quicker turnaround is needed, you may do a rush order which will produce a first draft in 24 – 48 hours.)

3) We will email the draft to you for approval and/or correction. (Numerous corrections made to the draft can cause your blast date to be delayed.  To avoid this, if there are any corrections that need to be made to the draft, please be very specific and submit them all at once.  All corrections must be submitted via email.  PLEASE NOTE:  Although we reserve the right to, do not expect the content of your blast to be edited.  Check your submission for spelling and grammatical errors.  Test every link for proper functionality.  Mistakes found after approval do not warrant a redesign or refund.)

4) Submit a preferred Subject Line. The subject is the single most important part of your eblast. Unless your subject line interests your readers, they'll often won't open it. The question that the subject line must answer is "How will this eblast benefit your recipient, your subscriber, your customer?"

5) You will find an invoice with payment options attached at that time.

6) Upon your approval of the design, you will jump in line for the next available blast slot. (To ensure the satisfaction of our email recipients and a healthy opening rate of our campaigns, we are limited to only sending out ONE email a day, Monday through Friday. Exceptions are rarely made and at our discretion. Draft approvals must be submitted via email. IMPORTANT: The capacity of our blast schedule during the time we receive an "approval" email, determines what day a blast will be scheduled for distribution. Understand that this could possibly cause your blast to be scheduled several days or even weeks after its approval. If your blast is time sensitive, you may consider paying the additional rush fee. The rush options is not available for promotional blasts.)
